DA Preparation and Lodgement
Sea Breeze Homes provides a fully managed Development Application (DA) preparation and lodgement service, including the booking and instructing of all Consultants, writing up the DA and lodging it with Council.
Tendering and Costing
We tender multiple suppliers in most categories: Example multiple carpenters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc. This ensures you receive the benefit of competitive quotes. We tender frequently so our price intel is generally well informed and up to date.
Final Specification and Contract
The purpose of this phase is to finalize the specification, (ie the finishes and selections) in order to arrive at the final Contract Value upon which the Contract will be based
Construction Certificate and Site works
The Construction Certificate permits SBH to commence structural work on the site.Upon receipt of Deposit SBH registers a Home Warranty Insurance Policy with the HIA
Project Control hands over to Sea Breeze Homes’ Operations Teamand Supervisor
Certificate of Occupancy and handover
Upon receipt of Final Payment, a Certificate of Occupancy and keys to the home are exchanged and the Client takes possession of their new home!
QA Defect and Remedy Phase
Any defects noted at handover are remedied over a period of approx. 13 weeks. In NSW, minor defects are covered by a 2 year statutory warranty and major defects by a 6 years statutory warranty.
