We are delighted to announce that Sea Breeze Homes has won the 2017 HIA Northern NSW and Gold Coast Custom Built Home Award for a second consecutive year.
The significance of the Housing Industry Association Awards is that they are the result of peer review; we are judged by our fellow builders.
In 2016 we took out the top prize in the very competitive $500,001 to $750,000 category.
This year we went one better winning the even more tightly contested $750,001 to $1,000,000 category!
