Seabreeze Homes is an award winning Builder servicing Northern NSW and South East Queensland since 2001

We are a Housing Industry Association (HIA) award winning builder of architect designed homes in Byron, the Tweed and Gold Coast. Having constructed in excess of 300 homes we hold strong buying power within the regional supply chain and as the builder of Casuarina's very first home in 2001 we know what materials and skills are essential for creating durable homes that will withstand the challenging sub-tropical conditions and high incidence of termite infestations.

When it came to the time to make our dream home a reality, we approached a number of builders in the region including Seabreeze Homes who had been recommended by family friends.

Throughout our tender process they were helpful, prompt and provided excellent feedback to issues that we hadn’t even thought about. Their response to our tender was “best value for money” and didn’t compromise on quality. We were happy to have found a builder who we felt we could work with, someone who was approachable, receptive and accommodating.

From the signing if the contract it all went like clockwork, milestones set were often reached ahead of schedule, we truly had a dream run thanks to their project management skills.

Our decision to move forward with Seabreeze Homes was around a number of factors one being the tender process establishing a budget for each item of the build to refer to throughout. The Co-Construct app was informative and made for a very smooth build with information at hand at all times. We also were well informed throughout, the Seabreeze team were excellent.

During construction the site supervisor and the trades people were professional and more than welcoming with no question or request too much trouble at any time.The finished product on handover has been more than we could have hoped for and well ahead of schedule. It came in on budget with all additions itemised and discussed throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Seabreeze Homes to any potential customers in the future and would be happy for any private inspection requests to showcase the high standard of finished product..
