What is the Seabreeze Warranty Period?
The Warranty phase includes resolving any minor omissions and defects noted at handover.We aim to resolve these items within 13 weeks of handover. Statutory Warranties provide 2 years cover for minor defects and 6 years for major (structural) defects.
Do I have to have local government approval for my build?
Yes. Our expert consultants can help guide you through this process
