The Jetson House
From the outset, our team collaborated closely with the client to bring a highly innovative concept to reality. Given the project’s complexity—most notably a dramatic 10-metre cantilevered first floor—we carefully selected a specialist construction team with the experience and foresight to tackle the challenge head-on.
Despite the ambitious design, the home was delivered in just nine months. This exceptional turnaround was made possible through smart planning, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to quality at every stage. Our goal was clear: to deliver intelligent, cost-effective solutions without compromising on design integrity.
Visually futuristic yet built with tried-and-tested construction methods, the Jetson House showcases the power of simplicity done exceptionally well. The ground floor features blockwork construction and 90mm stud walls, optimising both strength and internal floor space.
