A standout feature is the bespoke cantilevered staircase, with floating treads that create a sculptural focal point in the heart of the home.
To balance the raw textures of concrete and other hard surfaces, the ceilings were lined with specialised acoustic Gyprock—ensuring a comfortable and quiet living environment throughout.
Timber batten detailing adds warmth and continuity, flowing seamlessly from the internal living areas through to the outdoor alfresco and kitchen spaces, enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection.
At the entrance, dramatic stonework makes a lasting impression, extending from the façade through the entryway and down the corridor. This timeless feature adds texture and elegance, grounding the home in natural materials.
